Air Fryer Roasted Chickpeas
Put the chickpeas in the air fryer basket and cook at 400f for 10 minutes shaking halfway through.
Air fryer roasted chickpeas. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Next toss the chickpeas with 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp of desired seasoning taco seasoning is my go to choice. Chickpeas olive oil and seasoned salt. Drain and rinse chickpeas no need to dry.
Heat air fryer to 390 f 200 c. Like many of my air fryer recipes this one requires very minimal ingredients to achieve a delicious crunchy result it only calls for three main ingredients. After 5 minutes open air fryer and spray chickpeas with nonstick cooking spray. For best results pat them dry with a paper towel before air frying.
The process of making roasted chickpeas in the air fryer is very simple. Pat them dry and transfer them to a bowl. Toss with olive oil and spices. Drain the chickpeas in a colander.
Stir well to coat the beans in the oil and spices. Adjust the air fryer to a temperature of 370 f. Ingredients for air fryer chickpeas. Put the rinsed beans into a medium mixing bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients.
Once the chickpeas are all coated in the seasoning place the chick peas in your air fryer basket. Air fryer roasted chickpeas are an easy healthy snack that can be made in about 10 minutes. Place in air fryer basket and arrange in a single layer. Set temperature to 390 degrees fahrenheit and timer to 17 minutes.
Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels. Pour the beans into the food basket of your air fryer. First open a can of chickpeas and drain them. Mix well to combine.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Drizzle the oil on top of the peas and season with salt. After 5 minutes open basket and spray chickpeas with oil and shake basket.
Dump the whole batch of chickpeas in the air fryer basket.
